Join Moving Planet: Los Alamos! RSVP here!
On the 24th we'll be gathering at Ashley Pond (in costume!) to hand out signs. At 10:30 AM we'll start a march around downtown--by foot, bike, skateboard, pogo stick--sustainable method of transit is welcome! We'll gather up after our march (around 11 am) at the pond, where we'll hand out prizes for the Best Costume and Best Fossil Fuel Free Vehicle! We'll also be gathering signatures to send a message to the county council--please sign the petition!
Finally, we'll march down to the High School to catch Atomic Transit up to the Ski Hill (around 12 pm), to celebrate at UllrFest and share our message there!
We need your help to make this big! Join us as we send a message to the community to move past fossil fuels--and let's have fun doing it! When else do you get a chance to dress up and bike around Los Alamos?
